Sounds of Summer Concert Series (with Councilwoman Cherelle Parker)
In 2018, Councilwoman Cherelle Parker asked OCL to produce a series of summer concerts in the 9th District, replicating our Jazz on the Green at Fisher Park. We have successfully activated the sites of Clarkson Park, Tacony Creek Park and Finley Recreation Center with robust live concerts of Philly-based music talent in 2018 and 2019. Among those featured were Monnette Sudler-Honesty, Carol Riddick, Yolanda Wisher & the Afroeaters, Ella Ghant, Marcell Bellinger Quartet, Minas and others.  Â
